This Privacy Policy describes how 72 & Clear LLC (“72 & Clear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit [https://www.72andclear.com] (the “Site”), contact us, or use our window and solar-panel cleaning services (the “Services”).

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.

1) Who We Are & How to Contact Us

72 & Clear LLC
Email: Hello@72andclear.com (privacy requests) | Hello@72andclear.com (service questions)
Phone: (714)931-2366

We primarily serve Orange County, California.

2) Scope; California “Notice at Collection”

This Policy applies to personal information we collect online (the Site, forms, email, SMS) and offline (on-site visits, phone). Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”), this section is our Notice at Collection.

Do we “sell” or “share” data (CPRA)?

  • By default: We do not sell personal information.

  • Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising: Not used unless we deploy ad-tech that qualifies as “sharing.” If enabled in the future, we will update this Policy and honor opt-out via the “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” link and Global Privacy Control (GPC). See §10.

Providing personal information is voluntary, but some features require it (e.g., quotes, bookings).

3) How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, schedule, and perform Services; create/manage quotes, work orders, invoices.

  • Communicate about appointments, changes, and support.

  • Maintain safety and insurance documentation (e.g., before/after photos).

  • Process payments via PCI-compliant providers (we don’t store full card numbers).

  • Improve Site performance and diagnose issues; prevent fraud/security incidents.

  • Send optional promotions with your consent (opt-out anytime).

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4) How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service Providers/Contractors (hosting, CRM, scheduling, payments, email/SMS, analytics) under contracts restricting use to our business purposes.

  • Professional advisors/insurers (claims, audits, legal).

  • Authorities where required by law or to protect rights/safety.

  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale) with appropriate protections.

We do not knowingly allow third parties to use your information for their own marketing without your consent.

5) Payments

We use third-party payment processors. Your card details are submitted directly to them and handled under their security policies. We receive limited information (last 4 digits, status, timestamp) sufficient for records and refunds.

6) Children’s Privacy

Our Site/Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact privacy@72andclear.com to request deletion.

7) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportional to the sensitivity of the data (HTTPS, restricted access, least-privilege, logging). No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach involving your information, we will notify you as required by law.

8) Cookies, Analytics & Online Tracking

  • Essential cookies run the Site (security, session, load balancing).

  • Analytics (e.g., privacy-minded analytics or configured Google Analytics) help us understand usage.

  • Advertising cookies/SDKs: Not enabled for cross-context ads by default. If we later enable them, we will provide a banner and a Do Not Sell/Share link per CPRA.

Controls: You can manage cookies through your browser settings and (if implemented) our cookie banner preferences. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Site. See also Global Privacy Control in §10.

9) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including service history, legal, tax, and insurance requirements. Typical retention: 3–7 years for records; shorter for analytics/cookies. We anonymize or securely delete when no longer needed.

10) California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights (subject to exceptions):

  • Right to Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

  • Right to Delete personal information we collected from you.

  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing (if we ever sell or share personal info for cross-context advertising).

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) (not collected/used beyond essential operations).

  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit requests via Hello@72andclear.com or  (714) 931-2366. We’ll verify your identity (e.g., matching name, email, service address). You may use an authorized agent with written permission and verified identity.

Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing & GPC
If our Site enables tracking that counts as “sale” or “sharing,” use our “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information”link (footer) or enable a browser with Global Privacy Control (GPC); we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt-out for that browser.

Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83)
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. If this changes, we will provide opt-out mechanisms as required.

11) Email & SMS Marketing; TCPA Consent

If you opt in, we may send promotions or reminders via email/SMS. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or using unsubscribe links in emails. Service/transactional messages (appointments, invoices) may still be sent.

12) Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. We currently respond to GPC as described in §10 and will update this section if our handling of DNT changes.

13) Your U.S. State Rights Outside California

If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., CO, CT, VA, UT), we will honor applicable rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain disclosures. Contact privacy@72andclear.com.

14) International Users

We operate in the U.S. and do not target services outside the U.S. If you access from another country, you consent to U.S. processing and laws.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on the Site (and/or emailed if appropriate). Your continued use of the Site/Services after changes are effective constitutes acceptance.

16) Your California Privacy Request Log (Transparency)

Upon request, we will tell you how many CPRA requests we received in the prior calendar year, the median response time, and how we handled them, as required for businesses meeting thresholds.

17) Verification, Appeals & Record-Keeping

  • We verify requests by matching information you provide to our records.

  • If we deny your request, we’ll explain why and how to appeal (email Hello@72andclear.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject).

  • We keep records of requests and responses as required by law.

18) Third-Party Sites & Services

Our Site may link to third-party sites/tools we do not control. Their privacy practices govern their use of your data.

19) Data Processing Roles

We act as a business/controller for your personal information related to our Services. Our service providers/processors handle data only under our instructions and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

20) How to Reach Our Privacy Team
